CPI Disclaimer
- We take normally two business days to review your application. We may accept or reject your application at our sole discretion
- We pay you for each qualified install. A qualified install means a real user who installed and opened the App. Note that the definition of qualified install may also be impacted by the restrictions/KPI’s of the offer. A qualified install is not: a robot, a spider, a computer script or any other automated, artificial or fraudulent method to appear like an individual. A qualified install is also not a real user who filled pre-populated fields. Even if the Install was paid, it can be later determined as fraudulent, non-valid or determined as non-qualified.
- Any affiliate can dispute the full or partial value of an invoice. For this, the Affiliate needs to submit all the needed details within the end of the invoiced month. If the Affiliate does not submit any dispute, the Affiliate accepts the numbers validated by Mobipium. If both parties do not arrive at a reconciliation, Mobipium’s numbers are the final ones.
- The value to invoice is based on Mobipium platform
- The Affiliate ensures to comply with the terms and restrictions of all the campaigns. If this doesn’t happen, Mobipium may apply a full chargeback
- The Affiliate is the full responsible for all the traffic brought, including the traffic coming from third-party affiliates
- Mobipium has the right to delete the account or cancel this agreement and cancel any payment if we determined that you violated any rule of our Program
- In no event shall Mobipium be liable for any unavailability or inoperability of the links, program web sites, technical malfunction, computer errors, other injury or damage that is beyond the reasonable control of Mobipium. However, we will do our best to avoid or minimize at maximum these occurrences
- Affiliates agrees that no other insertion order or online terms and conditions are above this agreement whether Mobipium “clicks through” or needs to accept in order to develop the partnership
- The confirmation day for the CPI offers is the 16th. It may happen that we need to take more days depending on the Advertiser. However, we do our best to speed up the approval date
- If Mobipium asks to pause or block a subsource, the Affiliate shall proceed this request immediately. If this doesn’t happen, Mobipium has the right to not pay the Installs brought by this subsource
- It is mandatory for every publisher to pass the source. This will also help us optimizing the traffic. If source is not passed, the payment may be impacted
- When requested, the Publisher must give information to Mobipium about the traffic
- Mobipium informs about any paused offer within 24 hours except when the Advertiser does not allow it
